Voorhees shelter is by far the best one I have ever been too. The people are super nice, and they help in every way that they can. Also, one of the cleanest, and well maintained! =)

Furry Friends Rescue saves the lives of dogs. They stay in loving homes until they find their forever homes.

The Vorhees AWA is a non kill animal shelter for dogs and cats of any and all breeds. They bring in animals from other states that are kill states, so they can save their lives and find homes for them. This is done in addition to finding homes for local animals.
They also provide Vet. care for sick animals. This can be very costly at times. They rely on donations to support their effort. Please give them your vote. They need it more then anyone else.

I would also like to mention a rescue that is not a finalist: NWA Animal resuce. Mandy has rescued thousands of dogs and cats in the few years that I have known her. Her dedication to the saving of lives in our area of Northwest Arkansas is truely amazing.

Voorhees should win. They are very good with all types of animals. They also do a wonderful job with neutering the animals. I had 4 of my cats done. They are excellent!!!!

Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue is a great organization!!! They do very thorough checks on potential adopters before they can adopt as well as educating the public about rescue dogs, the breed, and the need to spay/neuter.
