Wholesale Bags are Back

We wanted to let everyone know that our wholesale bags of bully sticks are back on the site!  We are offering small/medium bully sticks in both 6 inch and 12 inch sizes in quantities of 100.  These are an exceptional value and great to order and save in the freezer or share with friends.  As always, these are limited, so they will not be around long!

We are also launching wholesale quantities of US made pig ears on our site.  We have traveled to the Midwest and secured a great new source of pig ears that are extremely high quality and whole and uncut.  We have found over the last few months that many suppliers have been selling halved or cut ears as regular pig ears and this just isn't really fair, dogs everywhere are outraged and we have stepped in to help them!  We are selling the ears in 25,50, 100, and 200 count units.  These ears are also not "greasy", something which is very common with many of the pig ears we have seen on the market.

Cow Ears or Pig Ears

We get a lot of questions about both of these chews and wanted to clarify some information on them.  First off, they are both from South American free-ranging animals (this means that they are not kept in feedlots, given hormones, and are free-grazing eating mostly grasses).   They are also both great chews for dogs and last a considerable amount of time.  The sizing of them is about the same with the cow ears being a little bigger.  They are both all natural and not smoked and as such offer a pretty clean treat for your dog.  These are also both single ingredient items (no preservatives, chemicals, etc...)

Now for the differences...

Cow Ears are typically an off-white color and have a faint beef smell to them.  They are not greasy at all and have a little less fat than a pig ear.  They are a great option for dogs that are sensitive to pork products or may need to diet a bit.  The nutritional data for cow ears is as follows:

Pig Ears are a pink/brown/hazel color and are also a great dog chew.  These have been around forever and are a little higher in fat than Cow Ears.  Just like the Cow Ears the Pig Ears will have a faint pork smell that is all natural.  The following is the nutritional data on Pig Ears:

Trachea Chips

We are introducing a new dog chew called the "Trachea Chip"! These are flattened out pieces of our beef trachea's that are baked into a chip. The trachea chips are approximately a 4" by 4" square piece of beef trachea. This unique size and shape make them last quite a while. We would say that these last about the same amount of time as a pig or cow's ear for comparisons sake.

Remember that Beef Trachea are an excellent source of both glucosamine and chondroitin for your dog's joint health. We are positive that these new trachea chips are sure to be a winner in the dog chew market!
