Says dog recipe but looks good to me
These sound good enough for humans to eat! My fruit loving dogs would love these, but I'd probably replace the whole wheat flow with oat flour or rice flour.
My Bella loves these!
Connie, they are human muffins. If you like a denser muffin, omit the oil and substitute applesauce. I make banana/mango ginger and zucchini/coconut muffins with mini choc chips for my mastiff and me. It is our am wakeup plus each muffin has either a serving of fruit or vegatables. The riper the fruit the less need for sweetner. We use raw sugar/stevia mix here instead of honey and you can decrease the amount needed. For my diabetic friend we use agave instead of suger as it has a lower glycemic index. Whoops hungry gotta go. Enjoy
