Cooper loved his bully sticks I just received my second order of bully sticks. This time I ordered the big ones! Cooper cannot be without them. He always has one going. He hides it for another time when he is done. There is no smell like the others to humans at least. He seems to know the second I take one out of the airtight bag. He even knows what "bully" means - he perks right up! Thanks again for such a wonderful product. --Elaine F. |

Cooper Loves Bully Sticks Most of your photos show the new bully stick. I have sent them after he has been chewing them for about an hour. His very favorite thing - can never be without them. He never chokes on these. Every other product I have purchased - such as rawhide, pig ear, etc. - he chokes on them all - it isn't worth it! This is the best bully stick I have every found. It doesn stain, smell bad or stick in his throat! Thank you. --E. Fontaine |
customer service My order was short changed due to the package coming open in route. I cannot believe how it was to have Best Bully Sticks replace the order. They have been fantastic to deal with. I got a real live person on the phone right away and she was the manager! She made the error right by sending out a new package the very next day. --Leslie Smith |

Customer Service Just wanted to commend your customer service department. I received my repeat order of Himalayan Dog chews and when I opened the package they had a mildew, moldy smell. I called Customer Service and they said "throw those out and we'll send you a replacement". I had the replacement package the next week! Thank you so much!!! --Gina Bonomo |
