YES, THE BEST BULLY STICKS! This is the second order I have placed for the 12-inch bully sticks. My little Dachshund loves them too much! mix-up with odor free and odorous bully sticks? I called today to speak to someone about the batch of odor-free bully sticks I received promptly from you last week. I've only purchased single ones from boutique pet shops around town before I made this larger order to your site. I had never experienced the strong smell a regular bully stick can have until our dog was chewing on one that must've gotten mixed up in the batch! wow-we wouldn't allow him to have those if they all smelled that badly! the customer service rep that received my call was polite, knowledgeable and offered to credit me for the few bully sticks that I truly feel were mixed up in our odor-free batch. thank you for the great customer service! --Judy |
Always Impressed!!! I have placed several orders with Best Bully Sticks in the past for my 2 1/2 y/o German Shepherd and 15 1/2 y/o Lab Mix we had to send to the Rainbow Bridge in May. Have recently rescued a just shy of 1 y/o German Shepherd. Have placed our first order since Lilly came into the fold. I am sure she will love the bully sticks, gullet, tracheas, etc. just as much as Lu does and Paint did. (Lu and Lilly both have hip dysplasia so I am all about the natural glucosomine and chondriton.) The inventory is expansive, the quality is unsurpassed, the customer service excellent and the shipping rapid. I would not spend (last order) $193.00 on chews for my Funny Frauleins if I didn't think I was giving them quality and the investment would save me from repeated inappropriate chewing by the new baby. Giant Elk Antler I have an 86 lb American Bulldog, and she is an agressive chewer. She tears through every toy and bone that we have ever bought her. We just received the Giant Elk Antler, and my dog LOVES it, and I know that it will last her a long time! I want to say, that when the decription says Giant they really mean it! I have found Elk Antlers at the local Pet Stores and they can not compare with this product. In addition, I placed my ordered on Wednesday and received it Friday with the standard shipping! I do think the shipping is a little high, but I love the products that I have received.
