Venison Shins for Dogs
Introducing tasty Venison Shins for Dogs at Best Bully Sticks!
These are made of venison shin bones wrapped with the weasand of the deer, which is the windpipe. It makes for a fairly long-lasting dog chew and great taste.
What's even better is that venison makes for great hypoallergenic dog treats. Dogs with allergies will love our venison treats and have no problem eating them up.
These Venison Shins range in size from 5" to 7" inches. We recommend them for smaller sized to dogs but dogs of all sizes will love them!
Available individually or in packs of 10.
Customer Reviews:My pups love them!
These were a huge hit in my house. I have two small breed puppies who are always looking for something appropriate to chew. Whatever these are coated with was very appealing to them. They attacked them with vigor and even when the coating is all worn off, they will still pick them up for an occasional chew. Two paws up!!!
My dogs (40 and 70 lbs) love these. Long-lasting and not rock hard, like some of the other bones.
I love these...
I have a 1 year old, 50 lb mixed breed dog and these bones keep him out of trouble. They keep him occupied long after he chews off the stuff its wrapped in. I hope they are back in stock soon. Thank you!!
Venison Shins for Dogs
So far, so good! I had to watch our small dog closely while he pulled the windpipe wrapping off of it as one piece came off too big. He still likes it after all that is off! It gets just slightly pliable when it's covered in his saliva but he doesn't "eat" it like does with bully sticks. Other bones and antlers are too hard and brittle but this is a nice middle ground. He has made very little progress on it in two days so it looks like it'll last a long time.
Small but Tough
While this wasn't a long-lasting chew for a big dog, I was very impressed at how well the bone held up to my aggressive chewer. The bone did not break or crack at all despite his intense gnawing.
Pug LOVED IT
We were able to watch a movie with her quietly in her crate busy on her bone for 2 hours. once she got the skin off the outside, she went crazy! Careful to moniter your pup when they eat the deer jerky around it because your pup might choke! Once my 5 month pug took it off I grabbed it as she was trying to swallow it ( bc she was afraid i was going to take it away probably) out of her throat. LOL Once i grabbed it I cut it in 2 smaller peices so she didnt swallow the whole thing again.... Now that the skin around it is gone she likes and is making the hard bone soft! lol great for chewers!!
