BestBullySticks has the best customer service I have incountered. I had a problem with an item ordered, after calling you said I could return the item for exchange. I expected that I would return the item and you would then forward out a replacement. To my disbelief I received a replacement package with the return label asking me to place the items in the box and send them back. It was so painless and easy. You should all get a gold metal in customer satisfaction. Thank you so much!--Eileen
