May not get this exact product  

The description says light and fluffy and that is usually what I got. And those were AWESOME!! Last time, they were VERY hard tripe pieces, they looked and felt like flat bully sticks (hard)-about 5" long. They last FOREVER, but it was not what I had wanted when I ordered these. We were told this could happen. Just be aware, you many not get the product as advertised.

Just ok...  

I agree with Becky... not light and fluffy. You get lots of pieces in a bag. Our poodle/schnauzer who eats everything took to them; our terrier/poodle was not a fan... could have been because of the smell (not beefy or pungent, but more like play-doh) or the hard texture. There were definitely better goodies in the box.
