mix-up with odor free and odorous bully sticks?
I called today to speak to someone about the batch of odor-free bully sticks I received promptly from you last week. I've only purchased single ones from boutique pet shops around town before I made this larger order to your site. I had never experienced the strong smell a regular bully stick can have until our dog was chewing on one that must've gotten mixed up in the batch! wow-we wouldn't allow him to have those if they all smelled that badly! the customer service rep that received my call was polite, knowledgeable and offered to credit me for the few bully sticks that I truly feel were mixed up in our odor-free batch. thank you for the great customer service!--Judy
