Took my super-chewing 30 lb. collie mix about 3 hours to pick off all the meaty bits. She'll gnaw on the bone once in awhile when she's bored, but hasn't made any sort of progress (which is probably a good thing). Will probably stick to just bullies in the future -- BeckyAn excellent solution for doggie boredom.
My young Great Dane/Pit Bull mixed boy devours even the largest of bully sticks with gusto, so they're not always the most economical choice to keep him entertained for hours. These shin bones did the trick! Days later, he's still working to get the last of the meat off, and there's enough meaty bits on it that he doesn't lose interest in the bone like he does with other smoked bone products I've tried. These are our new favorite and an excellent solution for doggie boredom. -- H. BrownBest Bully Sticks - Smoked Shin Bone dog bone
We really like these at our house. They last and last and they have just enough meat on them to keep the dogs chewing on them. The end caps will eventually come off, but they are still big enough for the dogs to enjoy them.

For some reason my pups didn't like this one as much as the mega lamb bone. These are huge and have a lot of flavor on the outside, but after they attacked that they were kind of done with the bone.
