Gone Too Fast
My two border collies and cattle dog loved this chew, but after a just a couple of hours it is down to less than half its size. I was hoping it would last a bit longer. I do like the way it wears down though. No chipping or splintering. But probably too expensive for us to buy again, given how fast they went through it.

Great Chew Value
My Tibetan Terrier loved the Himalayan Dog Chew I gave him. And I loved the fact that it lasted a long time. Way longer than the bully sticks. Like weeks instead of days. Next one I buy will be the Large size.

medium size
the medium size is good for my beagle/JRterrier mix. She's a chew monster and it keeps her off my stuff. this will last her about 3-4 days as she will work on it and put it down several times a day til it is down to about 1" then I throw it away. You can smell the cheese as they grind away. The best non splintering long lasting chew I have found to keep them busy.

Small Size
Both my dogs LOVE these chews. Only problem is the dogs love them so much they don't last long. They're a bit pricey, otherwise I'd give them 5-stars instead of 4.

surprisingly good cheese!
I have two large cavaliers (30 pounds) who will decimate a 6 inch bully stick in about a 1/2 hour. With this in mind I decided to try this chew, but was not expecting a chew that lasted to much longer then that. Imagine my surprise, over 4 hours and still going! I also love how you can smell the cheese smell (sort of like a brie) but only up close, unlike many other chews (bullies) that you can smell from some distance. This is definitely on my to get list from now on!

Mostly Good!
This chew turned out to be a great choice for my 5 month-old Bernese mix, as it took a considerable amount of time for her to get through it. On the other hand, it was NOT a good choice for my 50 lb mix, who has a lot more bite power. Like a bully stick, this chew is super-hard, but unlike a bully stick, this chew is not fibrous. So, with enough force, the chew can break/snap. This is what happened with our bigger dog - he snapped the chew in half within a couple minutes and swallowed both pieces. The fibrous nature of a bully stick is what would normally keep him chewing for a bit longer, so you should determine what kind of chewer your dog is before buying this.

Good but gone too quickly!
My service dog LOVED this. I bought a medium one for my 15 lb service dog. She chewed on it most of the day. By the end of my work day, she had reduced its length from about 6" to 1" I am glad she loved it, but it is too expensive for how quickly it disappeared.

Believe the Hype!
Our Lab/Golden mix is a power chewer. He can polish off even the big braided bully sticks in 45 min. or less. Imagine my shock when this chew lasted several intense chew periods over the course of DAYS! This is the longest lasting chew my dog and I have ever encountered. When the chew is almost gone, you can take the remaining bit and briefly microwave it to create a cheesy puff that dogs also love.

Great for serious chewer
Our dog might be small, but he's gone through almost every chew we've ever gotten him in 15 minutes or less - the few exceptions include antler, which he loses interest in, and Nylabone, which he just won't chew. The Himalayan dog chew stands out from bully sticks (braided, ring-shaped, etc.), compressed rawhide, pig ears, and many other materials as the ONLY chew that's survived our dog's chomping for longer than 30 minutes. It also has a minor musky odor, and does not appear to stain carpet. We will definitely be purchasing more of these chews.
