He's not an aggressive chewer, he's just committed once he starts. I would recommend these treats for dogs who take a while to finish things. That being said, he really enjoyed it for those 10 minutes, and they are cheap! For the experienced chewer, I recommend ELK ANTLERS (we ordered one of these too, and in 3 days he's barely put a dent in it!!) I was already a regular customer of Best Bully, and hit on the idea of using these trachea, stuffed with Tripett (also from Best Bully ;) ), as motivation. I used a frosting bag to fill these twelve inch, then sawed them in two and froze them. Yeah, I'm pretty hard core. But Gus today at thirteen is a certified "power chewer" now! But even with the stinkiness we will get them again because my pups enjoyed them so much!! I just ordered the 3 inch tracheas so we can give them some but not have to smell them for quite as long!
