Made of very thick slabs of sweet potato, dehydrated. Designed for larger breeds, but smaller dogs will enjoy them as well and they will last them a good long time. Each slice is perforated in order to assist in the dehydration of such a large piece. The surface is hard so as to provide dental benefits, yet the chews have a texture similar to rawhide. Each chew has the nutritional value of half of a large sweet potato.

This treat is a great snack for dogs. It's soft enough to bend and not too hard. It doesn't stain my carpet and it comes in big thin slices. The only problem with this product is, your dog must like sweet potato. One of my Corgis didn't like the treat, but my other Corgi loved it. That's the only reason for giving this product four stars. I'm glad I tried this treat because the packaging was perfect and the treat was great. The problem was one of my dogs doesn't like sweet potato. -- Randi

lab/golden mix and beagle/JRterrier both love them like candy. The big ones last longer of course and are a non splintering replacement I have been able to find for bones since they developed beef allergies. Wish they were even tougher like rawhide so they would last longer. -- cindy bell
