We stand behind each and every product that we offer for sale on our website. We carefully pick each product that becomes a part of our catalog based on pricing, quality, and nutritional value. From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.
Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer are responsible for returning the product in saleable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Best Bully Sticks within two weeks of notification of a return.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Best Bully Sticks via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.
At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.
If you received free shipping on your outbound order, you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when making a return.
