Emily solved my problem, and I am glad she came thru with her backing of the business acumen. I thought my dog loved your bully sticks, but he loves them even more now that he can grip/hold them in the holder toy. It makes them easier to chew on and grab a hold of, and he also likes the fact that it's a toy too, it makes his favorite treats be a source of entertainment & puppy ergonomics. I very much so appreciate the time and effort to work with me, and the final result was what it was to be in the origin. So, I am very pleased that I decided to email the company regarding my value pack box, and the fact that a packing distributor left out one of the main components of the Bully Stick Experience.
