  • How can I adjust the frequency on my subscription order?
    To adjust frequency, log in to your subscription portal and select "Manage this subscription". Once in your subscription, you will see the option to select the frequency of your choice. Frequencies can also be adjusted via customer service.
  • How can I apply rewards points to my subscription order?
    1. Log in to your account using the email associated with your first order. To log in, please use this link: https://www.bestbullysticks.com/account/login
    2. Scroll to the bottom left corner of your account and click "Open Rewards Panel".
    3. Within the pop up, select the "Ways to Redeem" option.
    4. Be sure to select the dollar amount with "Off Subscription Coupon (only for use with Subscription Orders) listed.
    5. Copy the code that generates.
    6. Scroll up in your account portal and click "Manage subscriptions".

    To swap items from your subscription, log in to your subscription portal and select "Manage this subscription". Select the item you wish to swap. Once in your subscription, select "Swap this for a different product"(click on the image of the item if you do not see the pack size you would like to select). After you have selected the item, click add product, and select your frequency and shipping date.

    To add a one-time item or new subscription to your upcoming delivery, log in to your subscription portal and select "Manage this subscription". Use the "Add one-time items or new subscriptions to your next delivery" option to add the item of your choice to your upcoming order.

    To remove items from your subscription, log in to your subscription portal and select "Manage this subscription". Select the item you wish to remove. Once in your subscription, you will have the option to lower the quantity of the item, swap the item, or cancel the item. Items can also be canceled via customer service.
